There is a practical reason to use someone who works your area every week. The estates through Clyde North and Officer are nearly all slab on ground. That makes moisture testing a must. Older Dandenong and Noble Park homes are often timber subfloor with a slab extension on the back. One house can need two different install methods. Homes near the water on the Peninsula cop humidity swings that punish an unstable floor.

Do you charge a travel fee outside your main area?
Not within Bayside Melbourne and the south east. Further out? Tell us where you are. We will give you a straight answer on whether it makes sense for us to quote, rather than waste your time.
How far in advance do I need to book?
A free measure and quote is usually within a few days of your call. Installation depends on stock and how much subfloor preparation is needed, but two to three weeks from quote acceptance is typical.
Do you work with builders and property managers?
Yes. We do new builds, renovations and rental turnarounds across Bayside and the south east. We can work to a build program or a tenancy changeover date.
Can you quote from plans for a new build?
Yes. Send through the floor plan with the areas marked and we will give you a guide price. We confirm it on site once the slab is down and we can test it.
