Southside Flooring is a mobile, family run flooring business. We do not have a showroom. Corey comes to your home or workplace with samples, measures the space, checks the subfloor and gives you a written fixed price. You deal with one point of contact from the first measure to the finished floor.

Older homes with extensions

Older homes in Dandenong and Noble Park are often on a timber subfloor, with a slab extension added later. One house can need two different install methods. We check both before we quote.

Rental turnarounds

There are a lot of rentals in this area. For a rental turnaround we work to the changeover date, so the property is ready for the next tenant.

Offices and commercial floors

Carpet tiles suit offices, reception areas and other high traffic spaces. If one tile is damaged, you replace that tile and not the whole floor.
